Following on from the success of its predecessor, Redmi Note 8 (one the best selling smartphone of 2019) Xiaomi have made numerous of enhancements to the Redmi Note 9s. Most notably, in the field of battery power which i write about in one of the following article sections.
1. The Price of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9s
The Redmi Note 9S has the Snapdragon 720G chipset and comes in two variants. A version with 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage. The device will go on sale in Singapore starting March 27 for S$315, which converts to $215, £165 or AU$330. A 6GB, 128GB version will cost S$365 – $250, £190 or AU$380. 2. The characteristics of the Smartphone
This budget smartphone comes with a massive 5020-mAh battery which is just slightly larger than Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5000-mAh battery. According to Xiaomi, the battery can “easily” last for more than 2 days. Furthermore, it also supports 18 watt fast wireless charging.
Without a doubt, this is one of the best looking and cheapest smartphones currently offered in the market. Not to mention the camera!
The Note 9S features a square, quad-camera system on its rear, led by a 48-megapixel main sensor. It also comes with a 8-megapixel ultrawide lens with 120-degree field of view, a 5-megapixel macro lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, you get a 16-megapixel lens for its in-display front-facing camera. Also there is a fingerprint sensor on the side of the smartphone.
